I offer personalized in-home meal prep, private or group cooking lessons, and health coaching. I also provide Kitchen Reset services that include a pantry, kitchen, fridge organization. As well as grocery tours to help understand labels when shopping.

Most clients book weekly or bi-weekly sessions for several months to make sure they stay on the calendar. While others schedule one-time resets or cooking lessons as needed.

We start with an initial consultation once you complete a discovery call. A service agreement is sent for signature. During the consultation , we discuss your goals, preferences, and schedule. From there, I create a custom plan, whether it’s a weekly meal prep menu, a cooking session, or a kitchen reset.

Both options are available. I can shop for you (with an added grocery fee) or provide a detailed shopping list if you prefer to purchase ingredients yourself.

Yes! All menus are tailored to your goals and dietary preferences — whether that’s high-protein, gluten-free, low-carb, dairy-free, or family-friendly meals.
Providing personalized macros and nutrition breakdowns does take extra time, so I offer that as an add-on service for an additional $95 per session*

Absolutely. I’m a certified Health Coach and can collaborate with your healthcare provider to create a nutrition plan that supports your specific needs and goals. You can complete a Release of Information.

I currently serve local clients in the Bloomfield/Birmingham Woodward Corridor, depending on location travel fees may apply.
