How to Get Started with The Health Root

1. Schedule a Free 30-Minute Discovery Call
   Click the link below to book your call.

2. In-Home Consultation (if needed)
   Recommended to ensure your kitchen is properly equipped, helping us maximize efficiency and save time during sessions $95

3. Schedule Your Trial Session
   Once availability opens, you’ll receive a 7-day soft hold to secure your spot.

4. Complete & Sign Trial Service Agreement : sent via email

5. Grocery Shopping & Supplies

   Client shops independently.

   The Health Root shops for you for an additional $95 (48-hour notice required)

   All groceries and any additional supplies (e.g., containers, specialty ingredients, spices) are paid for by the client

6. Your Cooking Session
   You’ll receive your menu of 3 meal options prior to your trial.

   Your session includes full meal prep, cooking, packaging, and kitchen cleanup—all done in your home. A 7 day soft hold after trail.

7. Menu Planning: Long term client
   You’ll receive 2 week menu, 3 options each week based on client preferences, along with a complete grocery list prior to your session. Menus must be approved within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Ongoing Scheduling
   Once your trial is complete and availability aligns, a minimum of 8 paid sessions will be scheduled to secure your spots on the calendar.

   Additional Services: $95 p/h

   Health Coaching: available upon request

• Additional mileage rates outside of 5 miles of service area, $25 per visit
